Privacy
This page explains what we do with the information you give us. It’s written to be understood, not to protect us.
Who is responsible
Raymond Siri LLC, doing business as Creative Socio. Last updated: October 12, 2026.
What we collect
What you type in the contact form:
- Your name.
- Your business name.
- Your phone number.
- Your email, if you give it to us.
- The best time to call you.
- What you write in the message.
If you ask for the market study: your email, and your name and your business name if you give them to us.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we keep your email to send you one article a month. Before the first issue we ask you to confirm your email. We don’t sell it or use it for anything else. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in each email or by writing to contact@creativesocio.com.
If you call us or write to us on WhatsApp, we end up with your number, as with any call or message.
What we use it for
To answer you and to talk about your business. If you asked for the study, to send it to you; only if you checked the box do we let you know about the next ones. Nothing else. If we end up working together, we use your data for the work you hired us to do.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or give away your information.
- We don’t put you on email lists unless you ask.
- We don’t use your data for anything other than talking with you or working for you.
Who else touches your data
For the form to work, what you type passes through the company that hosts the site and through our email. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the message passes through WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta. No one else sees it.
How long we keep your data
As long as the conversation makes sense. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it and confirm it to you.
The site’s measurement data is kept by Google and Microsoft under their own rules.
How to ask us to delete your data
Call us, write to us on WhatsApp from the Contact page or send us an email at contact@creativesocio.com, and tell us you want us to delete your information. You don’t have to give explanations or fill out the form.
If you’re a client
When we work with your accounts (Google, social media, your business’s systems) we come in with collaborator access. You remain the owner. If we stop working together, we leave your accounts and take none of your information with us.
Questions
If any of this isn’t clear, ask us from the Contact page. We answer.
