1. We understand your case
We talk for 30 minutes, free. If we need to look deeper, we tell you beforehand.
You get a written plan with prices and dates. Nothing starts without your approval.
Most people who sell ‘marketing’ in Uptown sell you the what: a post, a flyer, a screen, a logo. You pay, you get it, and nobody tells you whether it worked.
We start with the why. Before doing anything, we know what it’s for, what should change in your business and how we’ll measure it. We don’t sell services for the sake of selling: if there’s no why, it doesn’t get done.
That’s why we first understand your business and then we propose, and we don’t do the same thing for any two businesses. Below is how we work, what we know how to do and how it’s paid.
We talk for 30 minutes, free. If we need to look deeper, we tell you beforehand.
You get a written plan with prices and dates. Nothing starts without your approval.
Designs, copy, photos, screens and menus, always in communication with you. One of the owners comes to your business, not a salesperson.
Two rounds of revisions included. If a third is needed, we tell you before charging for it.
If the work is meant to move something, we measure it from before: calls, reservations, reviews, visits.
On the agreed date you see the numbers, and what didn’t work gets adjusted. If you want, we keep going every month.
This is the range of what we know how to do, not a package. A barbershop and a fish market don’t need the same thing: which of these is right for you comes from looking at your business. They’re ordered by what they aim to achieve. What you receive exactly (how many pieces, what size and by when) goes in your proposal.
For when people aren’t coming in. We work on what’s seen from the street and what shows up on the phone.
What you should see: more people coming in, and knowing which piece brought them.
For when your customers spend very little. We work on what you sell and how it’s presented.
What you should see: customers who decide faster and take more with every purchase.
For when people buy but don’t come back. It costs less to get a customer to return than to win a new one.
What you should see: more customers who repeat, and more reviews.
For all three cases. Without numbers, every decision is a bet.
What you should see: fast decisions backed by numbers: what to sell, to whom and when.
30 minutes, in person or by phone.
Fees from $199 per project. We work by project, with no long-term contract. There’s no price list here because we don’t do the same thing for any two businesses. The price depends on what has to be done, how much has to be produced and what third parties charge. If your project calls for a market study, it goes here, with its price. You get a written proposal with the price of each service, what third parties charge itemized separately and a calendar with dates. Nothing starts without your approval.
If you want to keep seeing what changed each month, we agree on it in your proposal, with its price.
Once the work is delivered, we can keep it up to date: make changes or produce something new. It’s optional and quoted separately.
To keep your sales up: so you can be found in the neighborhood and online, so people know what you sell and what you do, so the person who already bought from you comes back and so every sale leaves you more.
The 30-minute conversation is free. Our fees start at $199 per project. What third parties charge (printing, ads, etc.) is separate and at cost.
The exact price depends on what your business or project needs, and you see it in writing in the proposal before we start. Nothing is billed without your approval.
No. It isn’t always needed. If your project calls for it, we tell you in the conversation and it goes into your proposal, with its price. Still, before doing anything we agree on what should change and how we’ll measure it.
No. We work by project: each one is quoted in writing and you approve it before we start. When it ends, you decide whether we continue with another.
If you want to keep seeing how it’s going, that’s the monthly follow-up, and we agree on it in your proposal. If something needs to change or something new needs to be produced, that’s maintenance and it’s quoted separately.
We can work with that person. If someone is already posting, what’s usually missing is knowing what to post and why.
And if what they’re doing already works, we’ll tell you.
If you stay with that person, what you pay us for is creative direction and management: deciding what has to be done and checking that it turns out right. If we also do the production, you save that layer: the person who decides what has to be done directs whoever produces it directly, and you don’t have to explain it to anyone else.
No. We work with collaborator access: you remain the owner of everything and we come in with your permission. If we ever part ways, your accounts are still yours and we take nothing with us.
You do, unless we’ve agreed on something different.
Whatever can be measured is measured from before we start, and on the agreed date you see the numbers, whether they came out well or badly.
We tell you. We measure from before we start, and on the agreed date we review with you what moved and what didn’t. We don’t charge you to repeat something we’ve already seen doesn’t work. And if we come to the conclusion that we’re not what your business needs, we’ll tell you that too.
Yes. Those four neighborhoods are the ones we know best, because that’s where we shop, eat and spend our time. Outside of them we work the same way, just without that advantage.
Before you pay anything, we talk for 30 minutes, free. You tell us about your business or project and we tell you whether we’re right for you.
