How to ask for it
1. You see it before approving it
We show you each piece before printing or publishing it.
2. We use your revisions
If you don’t like something, we fix it with the revisions your package includes.
3. If you still don’t like it, you tell us
By WhatsApp or by email to contact@creativesocio.com, before approving the final version. We refund our fees within 14 days.
Why we offer it
Hiring someone for the first time is scary: you pay before you see. The guarantee is so that we take the risk, not you. That’s why we start with a visit and a conversation: if we understand what you want, it’s almost never needed.
Questions
Do you guarantee sales or results?
No. The guarantee covers you liking the work, not what happens afterwards. Nobody can promise you sales, clicks or calls.
What if I already approved it?
When you approve the final version, the guarantee ends. That’s why you see it before it’s printed or published.
What if I just don’t like one piece?
That’s what revisions are for: we fix it until you like it. The guarantee is for when, after using your revisions, you don’t like the work.
What if I change my mind?
The guarantee doesn’t apply. It’s for when what we made isn’t right, not for starting something else. If you want something different, we quote it separately.
