Marketing
Every year about 28,000 people change homes between Washington Heights and Kingsbridge.¹ Tastes change and another business opens on the corner. Our Marketing services help you learn who the people around you are, what they’re looking for, what they ask for and how to talk to them.
Where do we start? Pick what you want to achieve.

Someone searches on their phone for exactly what you sell and three businesses come up: there’s room for you to be one of them. And if they already find you, a little more information helps them decide without having to call.
A lot of people walk past your door every day and still don’t know what’s inside. And the ones who come in to look can leave with something if something invites them to.
Each of these doors opens in a different way.
We help people find you, recognize you and come in.
For example: a storefront and a window that invite people in, clear signs, an opening or an event at your business, and showing up when someone searches in the neighborhood.

Many of the customers who don’t come back didn’t leave upset: nothing simply reminded them. That’s a big opportunity.
When you know who buys from you, what they bought and when, you can message them at the right moment. And when every visit feels just as good, no matter the day or who’s working, people come back.
We help you know who buys from you, when they come back and how to bring them back.
For example: your customer list with what each one bought, a WhatsApp or text message at the right moment, appointment reminders, points, referrals and gift cards.

Your customers almost always have the money. Often they don’t know you have something else, nobody offered it to them or they didn’t see why it’s worth the price. That can be shown better.
And it’s worth looking at what earns you the most, which isn’t always what you sell the most. With that you know what to put up front.
We help you know what earns you the most, how to present it and how to offer it.
For example: a new product or service, from the idea to the launch, combos and sizes, well-presented prices, a short and organized menu, packaging that shows off and your own online ordering, without app fees.

You get a written plan with what to do, how much it costs and how we’ll measure it. Nothing starts without your approval. Whatever needs to be produced we make in Creative or with your vendor, and we manage it.
On the agreed date or period we go over the numbers, and whatever didn’t work gets adjusted. We keep working as agreed. To measure we use whatever is easiest for you: a QR survey, your sales by day and time, or a dashboard where you see the numbers up to date.

An example · Case
A fish market in Inwood, rated higher than almost every similar business we compared. But in its area, about 3 out of 4 adults hardly eat fish.² See how we studied it to know what to focus on, and what we proposed.
See the case30 minutes, in person, by phone or by video call. We look at your goals and see whether we’re the team for you.
We work by project or with ongoing contracts. The price depends on what needs to be produced or managed, on what needs to be bought (flyers, posters, screens, etc.) and on what you invest in your campaign, like ads. We agree on our fees with you before we start. You get a written proposal with the price of each thing, what third parties charge broken out separately and a calendar with dates.
If you want to keep seeing what changed every month, or keep what we made up to date with changes or something new, we agree on it in your proposal or quote it when you need it. It’s optional.
It keeps your sales up and helps them grow: so people find you in the neighborhood and online, so people know what you sell and what you do, so whoever already bought from you comes back and so every sale brings in more.
Creative is for when you already know what you need: you pick the service, see what it includes and its price, and we do it. Marketing is for when you want to grow and don’t know where to start: we learn your case and propose what to do.
We agree on our fees with you before we start, and whatever needs to be bought or invested in your campaign is separate and at cost.
If you already know what you need, every service in Creative shows its price.
It depends on what we agree on: it can be a project or an ongoing contract if your case needs follow-up. Everything is in writing in your proposal: what we do, how much it costs, how it’s paid, how it’s canceled and who owns the work.
We can work with that person. If someone is already posting, what’s usually missing is knowing what to post and why.
And if what they’re doing already works, we’ll tell you.
If you keep that person, what you pay us for is the creative direction and the management: deciding what needs to be done and checking that it comes out right. If we also do the production, you save that layer: whoever decides what needs to be done directs whoever makes it, and you don’t have to explain it to anyone else.
No. We work with collaborator access: you stay the owner of everything and we get in with permission. If we ever part ways, your accounts are still yours and we don’t take anything.
You do, once you finish paying, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We ask them. We put a QR code at your business, on your receipts or on your social media that leads to a page of ours with a few questions. There we see how many people open it, where they came from and what they answer. It goes in your proposal, with its price.
Whatever can be measured is measured from before we start, and on the agreed date or period you see the numbers, whether they came out good or bad.
We tell you and adjust it. We don’t charge you to repeat something we already saw doesn’t work. And if we conclude that we’re not what your business needs, we tell you that too.
Yes. Those four neighborhoods are the ones we know best, because that’s where we shop, eat and spend our time. Outside of them we work the same way, just without that advantage. The free conversation is for any business; the area and size requirements are only for Creative’s published prices.
